I learned my craft at the Escuela Superior de Hostelería y Turismo de Madrid, and I’ve spent decades cooking internationally. That journey shaped my technique, my palate, and my ability to adapt each menu to the occasion.

After initially being very disappointed due to extremely poor communication with the chef I’d booked and then him cancelling 2 weeks before our event, Chef Cayetano stepped in and we are so happy he did!
